So, in this last* installment of the Gift Guide series, we’ve got the 2022 Holiday Gift Guide For The Hostess. But, in full transparency, this isn’t just for the hostess. It’s for everybody else on your list. Teachers, coaches, Aunts, Cousins, Besties, and that extra stash on “just in case” gifts you should have laying around in a closet somewhere.

In other words, this is a pretty inclusive all-around gift list that you might want to keep handy just in case.

No matter who the gift is actually for, this carefully curated list features everything you could want–gift boxes and sets, classics like candles and throws, and a few extra things just because. It’s my hope that this series has been fun and helpful for y’all. Let me know if you want more! I’ve got a few more ideas up my sleeve and would love to get more helpful holiday content out to you if you want it.

The 2022 Holiday Gift Guide for The Hostess

  1. Lake and Syke 11 11 Candle: This vegan, paraben, phthalate, and sulfate-free candle also happens to be one of the best-smelling candles I’ve ever burned in my home. The clean woodsy scent is not over-powering or sickening sweet (which I hate) and the clean aesthetic of the jar goes with just about every home aesthetic, too. It’s also an under-50 gift that makes a great “keep on hand just in case a friend stops by with a gift and you aren’t prepared” closet gift. I promise, it’s so fancy she’ll never know it wasn’t hers, to begin with. Grab a bunch HERE and stay prepared.
  2. Beautycounter Good Scents Hand Trio: Beautycounter has always been my favorite clean beauty brand. I even was a consultant at one time. Even though I let that lapse (there’s only so much time in the day), I still love the brand and champion it whenever I can, like with this easy Good Hands Trio. It features three lightweight, clean hand lotions perfect for gifting or keeping on hand (pun intended) for those unexpected gift situations. At $34 it’s a steal and perfect for teachers, coaches, aunts, cousins, or the hostessess with the mostesses (not really a thing). Get a few of these kits to give and one to keep for yourself. Because you deserve good hands, too. Get it HERE.
  3. Wine Soap Gift Set: Drinking wine while showering is frowned upon for obvious safety reasons. But showering with wine-scented soap made with wine? Well, have at it! I’m kidding, of course. But, this fun little Wine Soap Gift Set is another perfect hostess gift to have on hand just in case. Featuring four wine-inspired soaps such as Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, you can’t go wrong with these subtly-scented handcrafted, good-for-you soaps. Get a set to keep, one to break up for individual gifts as part of a basket, or give the whole set. Either way, you can’t go wrong, especially as they’re under $50 too. Get your set HERE.
  4. Recycled Sari Apron: Goodbye plain old apron with spaghetti sauce stains all over it. Hello, absolutely stunning Recycled Sari Apron. Made with actual recycled saris, this thing is a stunner. No more plain jane in the kitchen, this is a great gift for the hostess who takes her cooking seriously. Another budget-friendly piece at just $30, this is a gift that you get for someone specific, someone you probably already know would love it. It’s gorgeous and I highly recommend it. Get yours HERE.
  5. The Entertainers Gift Set from The Little Market: When it comes to high-class gifts, the Little Market cannot be topped. This Entertainers Gift Set features everything your hostess will need to host a gorgeous wine and cheese night. It’s a bit pricey, but it’s filled with goodies like hand-blown wine glasses (2), a marble cheese board, a rectangular bowl, and gorgeous hand towels. You can customize the set by choosing the exact pieces you want to be included, which also helps you control the price a bit as well. Definitely for a special hostess or someone close to your heart, don’t sleep on the Little Market or this gift set. It’s a classy, elegant gift for someone you love. Build your set HERE.
  6. Beautycounter Multi-Masker Gift Set: The only gift to make it on two lists this year, the Multi-Masker gift set is everything your hostess will need to unwind after a long and hectic holiday season. It has two masks and a super cool masking tool that makes application and removal a breeze, this is perfect for teachers who need a self-care day, coaches who need one too, or just for yourself because the holidays are hard and sometimes you’ve just got to treat yourself, you know. Get it HERE.
  7. Swivel Cheese and Tapas Board: This fun little swivel board is great for entertainers and lovers of charcuterie everywhere. With a fun swivel design and thoughtful notches for cutlery and bowls, this bamboo board makes a great gift. Get it HERE.
  8. Chunky Knit Throw: There is almost nothing I love more than laying under a cozy blanket. In fact, it drives Jeff nuts that I use a blanket in the heat of summer ( a light one of course) at the same exact time I am complaining about the heat. I can’t explain it other than to say I love the feeling of a blanket’s weight on my body. Lucky for us, though, the holidays fall well within prime blanket season and this chunky knit throw is the perfect hostess gift to give to someone who loves cozy as much as you do. It comes in multiple colors, has the softest chunky knit, and is a great gift to have on hand or buy with someone special in mind. Get yours HERE.
  9. Wooden Cookbook Stand: If you are a home cook who cooks out of cookbooks often, you know how useful this thing can be. Propping it up so you’re not straining to see every step, keeping it open to the exact page you need, and looking pretty all the while this thing is as fashionable as it is functional. A great gift that will keep on giving, it’s a beautiful addition to the kitchen of your hostess or anyone who receives it. Get yours HERE.

I hope you found a few gift ideas for those hard-to-buy-for people in your life. And if you want more gift guides, drop me a line. I can make specific ones or keep them general. Either way, they’re just really fun to make and it keeps me from actually shopping for myself all the time.

Peace, love, and holiday gifting,
